During my 2 years as a Brand Designer at Algolia, I had to work very closely with the Demand Generation team. The goal was to produce inbound marketing assets such as eBooks or guides. Then, in order to promote them, I also had to design the associated landings pages, and all the different formats for social media banners.
I ended up automating the processes, drastically increasing the production rate of those assets by the usage of templates. In addition, it also helped creating always consistent pieces of design, following the same format so more familiar for the customers. Finally, it’s also this templatization that allowed us to collaborate more efficiently with freelancers from time to time.
